Kaylynn was so excited. She helped me measure out the ingredients and mix them together. Then she got to cook the pancakes on the stovetop. We added strawberries, chocolate, and caramel as our toppings. They turned out so delicious!

Easy, Quick and Yummy Mini Pancakes That 3-Year-Olds Can Make

These yummy mini pancakes were a whole lot of fun making and were super easy to create!

Here is how we did it:

When we first made these mini (silver dollar) pancakes we gathered all of our ingredients first.

Then we measure up the pancake mix and Kaylynn added it to the mixing bowl. Then, we measured our milk (which in this case we used Whole Milk, but usually use Almond Milk) and pour it into the mixing bowl with our pancake mix.

It doesn’t matter the order you make the pancake batter as long as you add the pancake mix to the bowl first.

But we recommend you add all the dry ingredients first, mix them up, and then pour in the wet and combine everything together!

You want to mix well until you have no lumps in your pancake batter. Once, your batter is done. You want to go ahead and heat a pan or griddle on medium-low heat. Add some butter to the pan to prevent the pancake from sticking to the pan.

Next, you are going to want to either pour your pancake mix into a measuring cup to pour with ease or a squeeze bottle like these:

You are also going to want to grab some skewer sticks to turn the mini pancakes with ease!

Pour your desired size amount into the pan and flip them over every 30 to 35 seconds. If you see the bubble forming, it’s time to flip!). Because these are mini pancakes, they are going to cook faster than normal size pancakes, so be watchful.

After your pancakes turn lightly brown on both sides, you can set them aside on a plate.

Enjoy with your favorite toppings or mix-ins. (We used chocolate, caramel, and strawberries! 🙂
