  • Take a walk in the fall air! It will help with nausea and tiredness, as well as give you some exercise. But make sure to bundle up, it is getting colder out there. Dress your bump in layers to keep them warm too! A scarf or hat is also recommended for the winter months ahead.

  • It’s that time of year again when you can start rocking your sweater again. Why not, pull out your favorite sweater or go sweater shopping to continue your favorite sweater routine.

(If you are going to get a drink, make sure to get it creme based (without coffee or caffeine).
